I required the services from an exterminator last month.  I called AA Pest and was greeted by Patty.  My tenant claimed she saw a cockroach so I asked AA Pest to contact her and schedule an appointment as I do not live near the home.

My tenant had to reschedule 4 times before Patty called me and we arranged a time for the service.  Even on the day I was there waiting, I messed up the time.  But Patty was awesome.  She scheduled a guy to come out an hour later and perform the service.  He was on time and also a pleasure to work with, (I think his name was Taylor).

Throughout this process, Patty has been nothing but completely courteous, kind and understanding.  She could not have been any better.  Any and all friend requests who need a pest service in the Manchester area will only be made to A A Pest.  Also, any further pest issues I have will only be made to A A Pest.

I have been using A&A as my pest service for 6 plus years. I work with them on a regular basis for everything a 400 unit apartment complex brings my way. They have always done a great job meeting my needs. I also use them on a monthly plan for spring to fall outdoor work, bees, mice, etc all over the property. They have been an effective solution.
