As a structural pest control company, we are governed and licensed by the DEEP (Department of Energy and Environmental Protection), which requires us to obtain licenses, attend required classes and stay current on laws and regulations. A & A Pest Control practices Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in our daily operation. This is resolving pest problems using not only chemicals, but educating our clients on proper storage practices, sanitation practices, structural repairs, landscaping practices, and other actions that can effect pest populations. Insects and rodents damage and infest food, pass disease and pathogens to humans, and destroy our structures. I required the services from an exterminator last month. I called AA Pest and was greeted by Patty. My tenant claimed she saw a cockroach so I asked AA Pest to contact her and schedule an appointment as I do not live near the home.

My tenant had to reschedule 4 times before Patty called me and we arranged a time for the service. Even on the day I was there waiting, I messed up the time. But Patty was awesome. She scheduled a guy to come out an hour later and perform the service. He was on time and also a pleasure to work with, (I think his name was Taylor).

Throughout this process, Patty has been nothing but completely courteous, kind and understanding. She could not have been any better. Any and all friend requests who need a pest service in the Manchester area will only be made to A A Pest. Also, any further pest issues I have will only be made to A A Pest.
